Alice M. Christensen

Alice M. Christensen, age 83, of Carter Lake, Iowa, passed away January 5, 2021.
She was born in Sioux City, Iowa, on August 2, 1937 to the late Louis and Bernice (Borst) Fennell. Alice retired from the VA Hospital in Omaha. She was a member or Corpus Christi Our Lady of Carter Lake.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Christensen; siblings, Raymond Mase and Karen Waltrip.
Alice is survived by her children, Diane Storey (Tim), Paul Christensen, Lori Poldberg (Brian); siblings, Patricia Robbins and Clare “Butch” Fennell; grandchildren, Dane Christensen, Marjory Head (Justin), Lucy Christensen, Deric Poldberg, Barbara Christensen, Emily Hodapp (Barry), Adam Poldberg, Grant Storey, John Poldberg, Alice Christensen; great granddaughter, Madison Rose; nieces and nephews.
Open viewing and visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday January 7, 2021 at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. A private Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Corpus Christi Our Lady of Carter Lake. Interment is in Omaha National Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Carter Lake Public Library
