Andrew Simon Molnar

Andrew Simon Molnar, age 71 of Avoca, Iowa passed away December 26, 2012. He was born January 18, 1941 to the late Andrew and Helen (Dudash) Molnar in Williamson, West Virginia. He is preceded by his parents and infant son, Eric Molnar. Andrew is survived by the following family members: sons, Martin of Avoca and Aaron and wife Lisa of Emerson, Iowa; daughters, Melody Harwager and husband Tim of Emerson, Iowa and Andrea Wyatt of Shelby, Iowa; sisters, Mary Tsivgoulis of Alexandria, Virgina and Vera Little and husband Cecil of Smithfield, Florida and his nine grandchildren. He is also survived by his two dearest canine companions, Ricky and Molly. Rosary Recitation will be Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Avoca, Iowa with a visitation to follow until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Rev. Thomas Dooley officiating. Interment will be in St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery in Walnut, Iowa. A luncheon will be held in the church hall immediately following the Committal Service. The family will direct memorials.
