Arlene Elizabeth Betts

Arlene Betts, age 94, passed away peacefully at her home on July 7, 2022.

She was born February 17, 1928, to the late Arlow and Ethel (Hurd) Nowling in Council Bluffs, IA. Arlene graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and retired from Northwestern Bell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Betts, daughter, Susan Robinson; brother, Richard Nowling; granddaughter, Kara Nickels.

Arlene is survived by her daughter, Barbara Ellis; sister, Kathryn Anson; grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, July 11, 2022.
