Bernard "Bernie" Richards Jr.

Bernard Allen Richards Jr., age 54, passed away at CHI Health Mercy Hospital February 12, 2022. He was born August 29, 1967 to Bernard Sr. and Linda (Dougherty) Richards in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Richards; grandmother, Juanita Richards.

Bernard is survived by significant other, Kim Mercer; children, Page Richards (Miguel Gonzalez), Brittany Mercer (Brett Christiansen) and Ben Richards; father, Bernard A. Richards Sr.; siblings, Sheila (Dan) Upton, Tracy (Raina) Richards and Michelle (Wong) Antunez; grandchildren, Skye, Solace, Rowan, Vera and Emma; many family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 16, 2022.

Family has recommended guest to wear a mask.

The family will direct memorials.
