Blake Smith

Blake E. Smith, age 11, of Council Bluffs passed away November 12, 2016.

He was born in Vail, Colorado on April 2, 2005 to Scott B. and Anna L. Petersen. Blake was a sixth grade student at Kirn Middle School.

Blake is survived by his parents, Scott and Anna Smith; siblings, Cole Smith, Reece Smith, Krystal Burns (John), Nathan Smith (Katie), Derick Smith; grandparents, Nancy Petersen, Terry and Jan Petersen, Bob and Jan Smith; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 6:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. on Wednesday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10:00a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment is in the Garner Township Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
