Bradley Conn, age 51, passed away peacefully at CHI Health Mercy Hospital May 16, 2021.
He was born January 2, 1970 to Larry and Susan (Kinney) Conn in Centerville, IA.
He was preceded in death by mother, Susan Myers.
Bradley is survived by his children, Dana Conn, Hollie Conn and Stormie Conn; father, Larry Conn; sisters, Sherry (Brian) Leisure and Jamie Gravitt-Besco.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Sunday, May 23, 2021. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, May 24, 2021.
The family will direct memorials.
