Branden Scott Lancaster

Branden Scott Lancaster, age 29, of Grand Island, Nebraska passed away September 14, 2011. He was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa on October 5, 1981 to Kenneth and Charla (Meeker) Lancaster. He attended school at Grand Island Northwest. Branden worked as a welder for Chief Industry. He was preceded in death by grandfather, Merle Meeker, and grandmother, Vickie Lancaster. Branden is survived by his father, Ken Lancaster & his wife, Ellie; mother, Charla Lancaster; brother - Justin Lancaster; son, Corey Lancaster; step-sister, Lauren Burkey; grandmother, Catherine Wiley; a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, September 23, 2011 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home and Crematory, Council Bluffs, Iowa. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Following the graveside service a luncheon will be held at the Hoy-Kilnoski Community Room. The family will direct memorials. Burial will take place in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
