Carol Lynn Collier

Carol Lynn Collier, age 69, of Council Bluffs passed away February 15, 2016 at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital. She was born in Shenandoah, Iowa on January 7, 1947 to the late Lester and Mary (Hallam) Phillips. Carol is survived by her husband, Michael Collier; son and daughter-in-law, Ross and Michelle Seina; daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Brian Olson; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sharon and Alfred Tiedemann, Frances and David Armington; brother and sister-in-law, William and Sharon Phillips; grandchildren, Joseph Seina, Jake Seina and Hannah Olson; a host of other family and friends. Graveside service is 2:00p.m. on Friday in the Ridgewood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the American Lung Association.
