Carolyn J. Hunter

Carolyn J. Hunter, age 73, of Thurman, Iowa passed away at her home on December 16, 2014. She was born in Tarkio, Missouri on September 9, 1941 to the late Thurman Red and Addie (Hirsch) Harris. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Warren Hunter Jr., brother, Allen Harris; sister, Freda Curry. Carolyn is survived by her companion, Gary Gladwin daughters, Kellie Hunter (Terry Mullin); April Hunter-Bell; brothers, T.J. Harris (Martha) and Albert Harris; sisters, Bernice Shaw and Decie Gibson (Stan); 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Funeral service is Saturday 11AM at the United Methodist Church in Thurman, Iowa. Visitation will be during the hour prior to the service. Interment is in the Thurman Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
