Chantele Leann Bates

Chantele LeAnn Bates, age 25 of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away on April 20, 2012, at Ponca City Medical Center. She was born on July 14, 1986 in Omaha, Nebraska to Russell Bates and Carol (Foote) Elliott. She is preceded in death by Lee and Gladys Bates; infant son Thadeous. She is survived by her father, Russell Bates; mother, Carol Elliott; stepfather, Don Elliott; stepmother, Keelie Rana; sister, Chrystal Bates; stepsisters, Tiffany Triplett, Deidra Elliott, and Christina Elliott, Fiancé Matt Cazes; daughter, Trenity Cazes; stepdaughters, Havana and Izzabella Cazes; grandmother, Donna Foote; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Loved by many and missed by all and she will be forever in our hearts. Visitation is Thursday 6-8PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home & Crematory. Funeral service is Friday 11AM at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the family.
