Cheyenne N. Johnson

Cheyenne Nyree Johnson, age 45, passed away on June 28, 2019.

She was born in Omaha, Nebraska on January 13, 1974 to Earl Tuttle and Vicki (Mains) Tuttle.

Cheyenne is preceded in death by her father, Earl Tuttle; and step father, John Giallombardo.

She is survived by her daughters, Breaunna Reed, Kara Johnson; grandson, Kingston Reed; mother, Vicki Giallombardo; brother, Damian Pond; sister, Cherokee Tuttle; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is Sunday, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is Monday, 2:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Interment is in the Garner Township Cemetery.
