Clayton Swanson

Clayton K. Swanson, age 75, passed away peacefully at his home on November 9, 2023.

He was born October 25, 1948, to the late Joyce and Nellie (Spencer) Swanson in Orleans, NE. Clayton worked at Combined Truck Repair and the Crete Carrier. He retired from Lewis Central School System's transportation department.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Karla Shewey; brother, Bruce Swanson.

Clayton is survived by his wife of 51 years, Tanya Swanson; children, Chris (Michelle) Swanson, Amy (Otis) Smith, and Tony (Jamie) Swanson; siblings, Mike (Patti) Swanson, Kathy Kirke, Latricia Johnson, Kevin Swanson, and Jeff (Tammy) Swanson; 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, November 17, 2023.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Saturday, November 18, 2023. The family will direct memorials.
