Clifford D. "Dale" Dilts

Clifford D. "Dale" Dilts, age 64, passed away peacefully at his home on February 19, 2025.

He was born November 18, 1960, to the late Clifford and Ellen "Ruth" (Mahan) Dilts in Council Bluffs, IA.

Dale graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School with the class of 1979.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers-in-law, Paul Gustafson and Thomas Collins.

Dale is survived by his wife of 35 years, Melissa Dilts; children, Jolene Dilts, Samantha (Kent) Rosenbeck, Bailey (Chawnee) Dilts, and Nicole Dilts; grandchildren, Ely, Kyle, Kelby, Ellenor, Octavia, and Thorsten; siblings, Linda Collins, Christina (Frank) Gunderson, Susan Gustafson, Karen Hander, Evelyn (Bill) Rock, and Donald (Lorrie) Dilts; nieces, nephews, and cousins; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Sunday, February 23, 2025. Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM at Community of Christ on Monday, February 24, 2025. Interment will be in the Hazel Dell Cemetery. The family will direct memorials in Dale's honor.
