Connie Kay Hoover

Connie Kay Hoover , age 71, passed away July 2, 2020.

She was born on September 18, 1948 to the late Floyd and Cleo (Birgsong) Stanley in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by son Timothy Wayne Hoover, mother Cleo Birdsong Stanley, and father Floyd A. Stanley.

She is survived by her husband Thomas Hoover, brothers Lester W. Stanley, and Floyd Almon Stanley Jr., niece Kimberly Regmi, and great niece Yolenna Regmi, and cousins.

A Celebration of life will take place at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family.
