Constance Spencer

Constance J. "Connie" Spencer, age 82, passed away on February 10, 2025.

She was born November 24, 1942, to the late Barnette and Greta (Chapin) Spencer in Council Bluffs, IA. Connie retired from AT&T and US West.

Constance is survived by her children, Brian (Krista) Dickey and Scott Dickey; sister, Carol (Denny) Daniels; grandchildren, Jacob Dickey, Riley Dickey, and Kaden Dickey; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. Interment is in Ridgewood Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Dodge House.
