Dakota Cody Lane Gittins, of Underwood, IA, died May 1, 2016, as a result of injuries sustained from a car accident. Cody was born on June 23, 1998, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to Jennifer Dohse-Gittins and Donnie D. Gittins.
