Danny L. Detroy

Danny DeTroy, age 64, passed away May 20, 2021. He was born February 15, 1957 to the late George and Erma (Pledger) DeTroy in Council Bluffs, IA. Danny lived in Council Bluffs Iowa all of his life except when he was in the Marine Corp 1975-1978 and he resided in Orange County California. Danny enjoyed playing golf, darts and watching his beloved Raiders and Oakland A's play. He retired from the United States Postal Service after 25 + years of service.
Danny is survived by his daughter Buffi Lage (Micheal); sister Nancy (Thad) Palmer; brother Philip (Trenton, Tyler) nephew, Bryce Palmer.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Saturday, May 29, 2021.
Memorial Service with military honors will be held at 3:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Saturday, May 29, 2021.
The family will direct memorials.
