David P. Denton

David P. Denton, age 79, passed away November 2, 2015 at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital. He was born in Peoria, Illinois on October 3, 1936 to the late Allen and Pearl (Close) Denton. David worked for the American Red Cross for over 27 years. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 6 siblings. David is survived by his children, Robert White, Christine Brakebill (Benny), Michael Comstock (Isabel) Patricia Denton, Kelli Denton; sister, Virginia Wagner (Bill); special nephew, Gary Gladwell Sr.; grandchildren, great grandchildren. Visitation is 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Thursday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10:00a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Interment is in the Garner Township Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
