David Smith

David Harley Smith Age 76 of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away October 10, 2023 in Omaha, Nebraska. He was born on May 5, 1947 in Omaha, Nebraska to Albert and Velma (Robinson) Smith. He worked for the Bluffs Run Casino for many years.

David was preceded in death by his parents and brother's, Douglas and Ronald (Sam).

He will be greatly missed by his wife, Sue; daughter's, Jamie Torres (Miguel) and Christine Diaz; many grandchildren; step-daughter, Charlene Andrade (German); sister, Donna Stueve; brother, Clifford Smith and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A Celebration of David's life will be 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at the Hoy-Kilnoski Community Room.

Inurnment will follow at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Council Bluffs.
