David W. "Pops" Daub

David W. "Pops" Daub, born in Creston, Iowa on August 30th, 1951; passed at Jennie Edmudson on Sunday, June 9th. He was born to Arthur and Shirley Daub. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by parents and brother, Eugene Daub. David worked at Charles Inc. for 34 years. His kids and grandkids were his greatest joys along with his lovely wife. He enjoyed fishing and spending all his time with his family. Pops enjoyed the little things in life like: Pintrest, his computer, and pushing someone's buttons to give everyone else a laugh. He was the guy that could light up anyone's day and make them laugh. David is survived by wife Linda(Adams) Daub, sister June Eblen(Vern) of Creston, brother Glen Daub, sister Marge Burgess, sister Sharon Adams; children: Sara Crinklaw(Cam), Jennifer Burgess, Jami Yeoman(Keith), Joshua Adams(Tricia), Zachary Adams(Tera), Emmalee Adams(Omar), all of Council Bluffs; eight nieces and nephews; twenty-one great nieces and nephews. The family would like give a special thank you to the staff and volunteers at Relay for Life for reacting the way they did and making David as comfortable as they could. Memorial visitation for David will be Wednesday, June 12 from 6-8pm at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home.
