Debra Armstrong

Debra L. Armstrong, age 70, passed away peacefully at Bethany Lutheran Home July 1, 2024.

She was born March 21, 1954, to the late Charles and Phyllis (Woolsey) Armstrong in Council Bluffs, IA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Donald William; grandmothers, Dorothy Feek and Mary Armstrong.

Debra is survived by her children, Larry Hogan Jr. (Lisa), Brian Hogan, Ricky Hogan (Fawn), Heather Brown (Larry); siblings, Cheryl Kermoade (Ed), Carol Caraveo (Leonardo), and Charles Armstrong, Jr; honorary sister, Vergie Pierce; grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, July 08, 2024.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 09, 2024. Interment is in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
