Dee G. Darveaux

Dee G. Darveaux, age 78, of Carter Lake, Iowa passed away January 9, 2015. She was born near Jefferson City, Missouri on November 25, 1936. Dee was a member of Corpus Christi Our Lady of Carter Lake Catholic Church and the Carter Lake Volunteer Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary. Dee is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gerard Tyke Darveaux; children, Vicky Lodes (Michael), Joe Darveaux, Stephanie Schuster (Brad), Lisa Purcell (Terry), Stacy Darveaux-Hope; 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends. Rosary recitation will be Tuesday 5:30 p.m. followed by visitation until 8:00 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial is Wednesday 10:00 a.m., at the Corpus Christi Our Lady of Carter Lake Catholic Church. Interment is in the Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Our Lady of Carter Lake or Hospice with Heart.
