Dennis D. Olofson

Dennis D. Olofson, age 74, of Minden, Iowa passed away July 6, 2017.

He was born in Walthill, Nebraska on December 13, 1942 to the late Willard and Viola (Cooper) Olofson. Dennis was the owner of Olofson and Sons Restoration Inc.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Violet Peterson; infant grandson, Dustin Olofson Jr.; niece, Mary Banister; nephew, Phillip Peterson.

Dennis survived by his wife, Sandra Olofson; significant other, Debra Olofson; children, Tony Olofson, Teresa Olofson, Dustin Olofson; grandchildren, Faith and Dayton; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Monday July 10, 2017 at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 11:00a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home followed by a luncheon in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. Interment is later that afternoon in the Woodbine, Iowa Cemetery. Motorcycles are encouraged to follow the procession.
