Donald A. Rieger

Donald Rieger, age 95, passed away August 10, 2022. He was born January 3, 1927 to Daniel and Amanda (Crum) Rieger in Preston, NE.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joan (Bock) Rieger; daughter, Susan Will; siblings, Claire Yoesel, Viola Rieger, Orville Rieger, Sadie Yoesel, Everett Rieger, Glen Rieger; and son-in-law, Terry Swanson.

Donald is survived by his children, Shirley Swanson, Donald Rieger Jr., and Robert Rieger; 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service, also at the funeral home. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
