Doris Irene Lien

Doris I. Lien, age 81, passed away February 28, 2016 at Methodist Hospital. She was born in Missouri Valley, Iowa on December 9, 1934 to the late Glen B. and Ida Belle (Thompson) Nixon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ward Lien and great granddaughter, Olivia Cullenward. Doris is survived by her children, John Lien, James Lien and his wife Leslie, Jeffrey Lien and his wife Deborah, Jeanette Lengemann and her husband Jack, Jean Lien; sister, Bonnie Mayo; 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends. Visitation is 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. on Tuesday with a celebration of her life service will begin at 7:00p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Private family graveside will be on Wednesday in the Branson Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
