Duane Chunka

Duane Chunka, age 86, passed away peacefully at Bethany Lutheran Nursing Home July 27, 2021. He was born June 30, 1935 to John and Alice (Nepadal) Chunka in Omaha, NE. He served his country as a first lieutenant in the Army.

He was preceded in death by father, John Chunka; mother, Alice Chunka; brothers, John, Alan, Gary, and Henry.
Duane is survived by wife, Mary Chunka; stepdaughters, Michelle, Kathleen, Rebecca, and Charlyn; grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

A private family service was held.
