Eben "Tex" John Richmond

Eben "Tex" John Richmond II, age 23, of Council Bluffs, IA passed away May 25, 2016. He was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa on January 9, 1993 to Eben John and Belinda (Griffin) Richmond. Eben graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School with the class of 2011. Eben was preceded in death by his father, Eben Richmond and sister, Brittany Richmond. Eben is survived by his mother and step-father, Belinda and Heath Wiley; Step- mother, Laurie Richmond; brother, Colton Richmond; step-sister, Hannah DeBuse; grandparents, John and Connie Griffin, and Jack and Kathy Wiley; Uncle, John Griffin Jr. and his wife, Carrie; nephews, Bryce and Trevor Griffin; niece, Alyssa Griffin; and many other family and friends. Visitation is 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral home. Funeral service is 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home as well. Memorials are suggested to the family.
