Eddie R. Morrison

Eddie R. Morrison, age 86, of Crescent, Iowa passed away November 28, 2016 at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital.

He was born in Little Sioux, Iowa on March 17, 1930 to the late Robert and Aggie (Jeffries) Morrison. Eddie retired after 42 years from Vicker’s Hydraulics and was a member of Community of Christ in Crescent.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Ida Carlson; brothers, Clifford, Donald, Dwight, and Ervin Morrison.

Eddie is survived by his wife of 67 years, Norma Morrison; children, Linda Snipes and her husband Daryl, Rick Morrison and his wife Marcia, Amy Stuart and her husband Steve; sister-in-law, LaVonne Morrison; 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 6:00p.m. to 7:30p.m. on Thursday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10:00a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Interment is in the Crescent, Iowa Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
