Elmer F. “Butch” Muell Jr.

Elmer F. “Butch” Muell Jr., age 51, of Honey Creek, Iowa passed away at his home on October 13, 2016.

He was born in Missouri Valley, Iowa on February 4, 1965 to Elmer F. and Thelma A. (Lemaster) Muell Sr. Butch graduated from Underwood High School and then proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was currently working the U.S. Postal Service.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Butch is survived by his wife, Lee Ann Muell; daughters, Crystal Muell (A.J. Thompson) and Ashley Muell; step-children, Joseph Arcishewsky (L’ara), Stephen Arcishewsky , Rachel Herrman (Jacob); father, Elmer Muell Sr. (Emma Driver); sisters, Tonette Muell, Penny Church (Keith), Tina Malone (Chris Addison); grandchildren, Christian, Levi, Preslie, Aiden, Audrey; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. The family will direct memorials.
