Esther Rocha

Esther Rocha, age 88, passed away October 23, 2018.

She was born in Council Bluffs on February 26, 1930 to the late Claro and Valentina (Segura) Garcia. Esther was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1987 and was a member of the Valley View Congregation.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Rocha; brother, Ines Garcia; sisters, Cresencia Acosta, Helen DeSantiago, Pauline Luna, Santo Albarado, Irene Salas; grandson, Phillip Rocha.

Esther is survived by her children, Maggie Rathbun (William), Sarah Vohs (James), Martin Rocha (Patty), Thomas Rocha (Rose); grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. on Friday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Memorial service is 10:30a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
