Frank Thomas Carbis

Frank T. Carbis, age 80, of Council Bluffs passed away at his home on July 27, 2017.

He was born near Denver, Colorado on July 23, 1937 to the late Everett and Ruth (Gordon) Carbis. Frank proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was a heavy equipment operator for many years retiring from Local 234.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Vernon and sisters, Lona, Margaret and Mary; grandson, Michael Carbis

Frank is survived by his wife, Emelie Carbis; children, Frank Carbis Jr., Terry Jo Naegle (Marvin), John Carbis (Joan), Scott Carbis, Richard Hall (Janine), Blain Carbis (Margaret), Kristy Clemmons (Jeff); grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Open viewing on Sunday from 8:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Private family graveside will be in the Garner Township Cemetery.
