Gary D. Clopine

Gary D. Clopine of Council Bluffs passed away March 22, 2012 at his home. He was born March 31, 1943 in Omaha, Nebraska to the late Ernest & Murna Clopine. Gary worked for the City of Council Bluffs at the water treatment plant for many years. He also worked at Bergan Mercy Hospital before retiring. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, John Clopine. Gary is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Chrissy & Chris Sullivan; grandson, Logan; sister& brother-in-law, Judy & Gary Spratt; former wife, Shirley McCart; step-daughter, Patricia Whiteaker & her husband, Phil; step-son, Anthony Robison. Visitation is Sunday 1-3PM at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home & Crematory. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home Tuesday 1:30PM to go in procession for a graveside service in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
