Gary Dean Nixon

Gary Dean Nixon, 69 years, Council Bluffs, died July 30, 2018. He was born March 20, 1949 in Council Bluffs to Ronald and Margaret (Miller) Nixon.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Arden Agnew and brother-in-law Herb Townsend.

He is survived by his son Troy Nixon (Corey) and daughter, Traci Christensen; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Leonard Nixon, Ronnie Nixon (Alma) and Dennie Agnew (Pam); 2 sisters, Yvette Jones (Jack) and Susette Townsend; nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday 5 to 7PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday 10AM also at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Garner Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
