Geraldine Y. Desantiago

Geraldine Yvonne DeSantiago, age 87, passed away June 19, 2019.

She was born in Persia, Iowa on May 31, 1932 to the late Orville and Lenore (Stegall) Yochum Sr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Orville Jr., George (Marge), Kenneth (Vaneda), Charles (Clem); infant sister, Sarita; daughter, Rhonda DeSantiago; grandson, Jeremy White; great granddaughter, Rylan Schopen; son-in-law, Richard Chase.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Sipriano "Syrup" DeSantiago; daughter, Rita Chase; sons, Ric DeSantiago (Cindy), Rory DeSantiago; 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; sisters, Janice Mendoza (Jess), Sandra DeSantiago; sister-in-law, Jackie Yochum; and a host of other family and friends.

Rosary is 4:00 p.m., Sunday, at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home with a visitation following until 6:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial is Monday, 10:00 a.m., at the Corpus Christi Parish- Holy Family Church. Interment is in the St. Joseph Cemetery.
