Harry V. Leisure

Harry V. Leisure, age 74, passed away February 13, 2019.

He was born in Claremore, Oklahoma on July 5, 1944 to the late Lendsey and Gladys (Davis) Leisure. Harry proudly served his country in the United States Army and retired from professional truck driving. He spent the last few years driving a school bus for the Glenwood, Iowa School System.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Roberta “Bert” Leisure; daughter, Jeannie Goodrich; sister, Wilma; brothers, Charles, Lester, Johnnie, Herman, Melvin and Larry.

Harry is survived by his children, Steven Leisure (Crissy), Khristie Gardner, Brian Leisure (Sherry); siblings, Juanita Berg-Gass (Patrick Gass), Eugene Leisure, Jerry Leisure (Alice), Roy Frost; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. on Friday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 9:00a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment is in Fairview Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
