Hazel Mae Meggers

Hazel Mae Meggers, age 90, passed away on September 25, 2020, in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

She was born to the late Thomas and Martha Doyel on December 11, 1929, on the farm by Manning, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings Elmer Doyel, Mildred (Doyel) Crouch, Leslie Doyel, Thelma (Doyel) Mohr, and George Doyel; her significant other Rudy Kruger; grandchildren Robbie and Sami Chase.

She is survived by her children, Bonnie Chase, Debra Meggers, and John Meggers.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 28, 2020, at 5:00 to 6:00 PM, at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service will also be at the funeral home Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at 10:00 AM. Internment at Ridgewood Cemetery in Council Bluffs, Iowa following the funeral service.
