Howard Eli Devore

Howard Eli DeVore, age 78, passed away August 21, 2020.

He was born on September 5, 1941 to the late George and Isabella Norene DeVore in Laramie, Wyoming.

Howard was an avid woodworker and carver; he always had several projects going at once. He enjoyed cooking large meals and enjoyed fellowship while people enjoyed his food. He loved to use his talents in service to his church, where he faithfully attended and held positions of responsibility.

Howard also loved to travel, camp and trek about in the mountains of his home state of Wyoming. He also loved The older Stream Trains, watching Nascar , and western movies and T.V. shows.

In addition to his parents, Howard was preceded in death by his wife, Agnes Estella Frye Hill Devore. He is survived by his daughters, Joy Salinas and Nadine Hill; grandchildren, Eddy DeLaCruz, Jennifer and Jarad Guerrero-Salinas, Lorissa Hill and William Boltinghouse; his beloved Twin Cities Christian Church family and many friends.

Memorial service is 1:00 PM on September 10, 2020 at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service from 12:00 - 1:00 PM. Memorials may be directed to the family.
