Hubert L. Turnbough

Hubert L. Turnbough, age 63 of Council Bluffs passed away March 12, 2013. He was born October 26, 1949 in Lepanto, Arkansas. Hubert is survived by his wife, Shirley Turnbough; daughters, Kandi Turnbough and Dawn Michelle Yopp (Jeff); sisters, Ruby Clark, Bulah Wise, Paulette McVay (Ricky); 4 grandchildren, Dustin Gibson, Jake Gibson, Nick Yopp and Tanner Marr. Services will be held in his home state of Arkansas at a later date.
