Jack L. Wells

Jack L. Wells, age 76, of Council Bluffs passed away at his home on January 25, 2015. He was born in Alma, Michigan on May 11, 1938. After high school he proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked as a sheriffs deputy during the 1970s in Pottawattamie County and retired from Bluffs Run. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Jacqueline Wells. Jack is survived by his children, Dawn Wells, Rick Wells, Danielle Venta and her husband Arn; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A celebration of his life service will be on Thursday 5:30 p.m. followed by visitation until 7:00 p.m. The family will direct memorials.
