Jacqueline Jean Goos

Jacqueline Jean (Jefferis) Goos, age 94, passed away peacefully at Tabor Manor Care Center on April 24, 2022.

She was born August 2, 1927, to the late Vernie and Edna (Mortensen) Jefferis in Council Bluffs, IA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Gilbert Goos; sisters, Virginia Spencer, Helene Kahn, Joanne Trimmer, and Marilyn Jefferis; sisters-in-law, Luella, Marcella, and Eileen; brothers, Clinton, Vernon, and Charles; brothers-in-law, Gerald and Delmar; and grandson, Chad Thayer.

Jacqueline is survived by sisters-in-law, Shirlene Goos, Barb Goos, and Darlene Kerber; brother, Don Jefferis; brother-in-law, Don Goos; children, Condon Goos and Belinda Ditthmer; grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 29 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM in the Community Room at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Tabor Manor Scholarship Fund.
