James Kinney

James H. Kinney Jr., age 67, passed away November 14, 2023.

He was born September 18, 1956, to the late James Kinney and Sondra (Taylor) Budd in Council Bluffs, IA. James graduated from Lewis Central High School and was professional truck driver.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Kinney; sister, Debra Drennen; wife, Judy Fleming.

James is survived by his daughter, Jayme (Josh) England; sister, Shannon (Brad) Henry; grandchildren, Dennis England and Zoe (Tyler) Cook; great grandson, Grayson Cook; nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, November 27, 2023. The family will direct memorials.
