Jay Sheely

Jay Sheely, age 70, passed away February 4, 2025. He was born April 26, 1954 to Norvin and Arlene (Gains) Sheely in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Susan Paladino.

Jay is survived by his sons, Chad (Kim) Palmer, and Bob Palmer; daughter, Elizabeth (Matt) Haschke; wife, Mary Sheely; sisters, Gay Wernett and Kathy Sorrell; nephew, Michael Sorrell; niece, Mary (Marc) Lindstrum; grandchildren, Gage, Minnette, Jeremiah, Addison, Dylan, Riley, and Ben; and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, February 7, 2025. The family will direct memorials.
