Jean Ann Goetsche

Jean Ann Goetsche, age 72, of Omaha, passed away on September 27, 2016.

She was born in Council Bluffs on October 8th, 1943 to the late Francis and Helen (Wortman) Carlin.

Jean worked as a supervisor at McDonald’s for over 32 years. She enjoyed crafting, sewing and scrapbooking. She was involved in 4-H and was a 50-year member of Beta Sigma Phi in Council Bluffs.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Carlin.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Goetsche; son, Chad (Lisa) Goetsche; grandson, Austin Goetsche; brother, Frank (Carilyn) Carlin; nephews, Brian (Jeri) Carlin, Bruce Carlin; step-sister, Deb (Ron) Evans and family; and longtime friend, Carol McKern Gunter.

Visitation will be held from 5:00p.m. to 7:00p.m., on Friday, at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the American Cancer Society in Jean’s honor.
