Jeanette Riso

Jeanette Chapman Riso, age 82 years, of Council Bluffs passed away March 15, 2015. She was born in Council Bluffs on December 31, 1932 to the late Louis and Helena (Gundlach) Jensen. Jeanette was a member of Beta Sigma Phi and the Batty Betas. Shed also been a member of Saint John Lutheran Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Gerald Babe Chapman; second husband, Robert Bob Riso; sister, Eleanor Lester; uncle Harry Gundlach. Jeanette is survived by her children, Carol and Robert Comeau, Denise and Steve Batt, Steve Chapman, Jim and Ellie Chapman, Jane and Dennis Hough, Julie and Rodney Harter, Michelle and Dave Cleasby, Mike Chapman; sister, Dorothy Smith; aunt, Mary Gundlach; 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends. Visitation is Thursday 6-8PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Memorial service is Friday 11AM at the funeral home followed by a luncheon in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. Inurnment will be that afternoon in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
