Jeffrey Lee Clausen

Jeffrey Lee Clausen, age 50 passed away June 1, 2012 at the Nebraska Medical Center. He was born April 19, 1962 in Spencer, Iowa to Hans F. and Lola E. (Struecker) Clausen. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Jeff was living His plan as a Godly, honorable and humble man. He was a member of First Christian Church. He taught elementary boys’ Sunday school and was active in small group Bible studies. He had a great love for the Lord, his family and feeding cattle. He was honored to serve cattle organizations and as a member of the board at Treynor State Bank. He also enjoyed flying, Montana and making his world class custom made malts and many other things. Jeff is survived by his wife, Christine (King) Clausen to whom he married March 23, 1991; sons, Isaac and Luke; parents, Hans & Lola Clausen; brother and sister-in-law, Kevin & Leesa Clausen; sister and brother-in-law, Lisa & Jeff Zeman; father & mother-in-law, Duane & Peggy King; brother-in-law, J.D. King and wife, Tia; a host of other family and friends. Visitation is Monday 5-8PM at First Christian Church. Funeral service is Tuesday 10:30AM at the church. Interment will be in the Hardin Township Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
