Jeffrey Lynn Eggers

Jeffrey Eggers, age 72, passed away at his home on June 30, 2022.

He was born July 25, 1949, to the late Kenneth Eggers and Agnes (Reynolds) Anderson in Council Bluffs, IA. Jeff graduated from Underwood High School with the class of 1968 and proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He drove a truck for Co-op for many years and then retired from the Council Bluffs Parks and Recreation.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Lyle Colter and Bruce Eggers.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Connie Eggers; children, Joanna (Kurt) Eggers, Jennifer Hogan, Michelle (Ted) Perez, and Matthew Heisler; siblings, Doug Eggers, Terry (Kay) Eggers, Dorothy (Pat) Guinan, Charlene (Jim) Vandegrift, Candy (Max) Kerber, and Penny Benton; sister-in-law, Dolores Colter; grandchildren, Erica Christensen (Justin Copeland) and Andrew Hogan; great grandchildren, Charlie, Ryan, and Ledger; nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other family and friends.
