Jerry Scott

Jerry Scott age 68, died on October 18, 2023.

He was born to the late Robert Scott and Rose Stafford in Pisgah, Iowa, on September 4, 1955. Jerry attended Thomas Jefferson High School and retired from Midwest Walnut. Jerry participated on many softball and bowling leagues. He enjoyed camping and loved working with his hands. He also enjoyed watching the Chiefs and the Hawkeyes. He loved driving stockcars as well.

Jerry was preceded in death by his mother, Rose Stafford; step father, Paul Stafford; father, Robert Scott; brother, Donald Scott; grandson, Leighton Jones.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Jane Scott; children, Randy (Jessi) Scott, Kelly (Jon) McGreevy, Matt (Christy) Hotz, Micheala Patterson, Abbie (Gary) Jones; 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; siblings, Ronnie Scott, Kevin (Christine) Scott, Lorrie (Don) Dilts, and Raymond Stafford; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, October 23, 2023.

Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, October 23, 2023. Inurnment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
