Jesse Lee Jordan Jr.

Jesse Lee Jordan, Jr. at 82 years of age passed away peacefully at Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs, IA on August 31, 2021. He was born January 24, 1939 to Jesse Lee Jordan, Sr. and Muriel Cox Jordan in Spring Hill, KS.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings: Bill, Lola, Les and Elsie, son-in-law Jr. Noble and great grandchildren Darrell and Carter Noble.
Jesse is survived by his wonderful wife Patricia Ann Jordan in Council Bluffs, IA. Siblings: brother Dave and sister Alice.
A Spiritual Father to many, but we had the privilege to call him Dad:
Denise Noble, Linda Roberts and husband Jeff, Janey Dolphens and husband Mark, Jesse Lee Jordan III (Sonny) and wife Melody.
Grandfather to:
Jordan, Staci, Stephanie and Austin Noble; Willy and Jazy Roberts; Jill, Jessica, Marcus and Andrew Dolphens; Breezy, Brooke, Maddy and Jesse Jordan; and 32 great grandchildren.
Jesse was a powerful man of prayer who was married to the love of his life Pat over 63 years. Jesse and Pat faithfully pastored and served in ministry together over 60 years.
Jesse enjoyed his family, camping, fishing, music and singing, puzzles, studying the Bible and teaching and preaching the Word, discipling, gardening, and camper trading, the Huskers, and winning souls to Jesus.
We know he’s heard “Well done good and faithful servant.”
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home in Council Bluffs on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 with Special Tributes starting at 6pm.
Special Celebration of Life Service at will be Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Bellevue Christian Center 1400 Harvell Dr. Bellevue, NE. The service will be livestreamed on the Funeral Home’s Website.
The family will direct memorials. Cards may be mailed to the funeral home.
