Jessica Marie Greer

Jessica Marie Greer, age 37, of Council Bluffs passed away September 30, 2014 at Mercy Hospital. She was born in Omaha, Nebraska on July 27, 1977. She graduated From Lewis Central High School and attended Iowa Western and Hamilton College. Jessica worked in the bakery at Sams Club. Jessica is preceded in death by her grandfather, Frank Smetana; maternal grandparents, Thomas and Dorothy Byrne. Jessica is survived by her husband, Robert Greer; father, Dale Smetana; mother, Carol Smetana; brothers, Jeremy Smetana and David Smetana; grandmother, Betty Smetana; a host of other family and friends. Visitation is Saturday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Memorial service is Sunday 3:00 p.m. at Gethsemane Presbyterian Church in Council Bluffs. Memorials are suggested to Gethsemane Presbyterian Church.
