Joan G. Snipes

Joan G. Snipes, 70 years, of Council Bluffs, died at the Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital on July 4, 2017. She was born July 17, 1946 in Iowa City, Iowa to Harry and Maude (Cox) Biggart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Hardy D. Snipes and a daughter, Rosalee Bennett.

She is survived by her daughters, Angela Hernandez (Colin Schultz) and Danita Gilmore (Craig); grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be Friday evening 5 to 7PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. A memorial service will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. The family will direct memorials
